How To Upgrade/Downgrade A WPvivid Yealy Subscription or A Lifetime Plan
Upgrade/Downgrade A Yealy Subscription
Go to your WPvivid Account Dashboard > My Subscription > Click ‘View’ of a subscription > Click ‘Upgrade or Downgrade’ of a subscription.
Note：
1. Currently we only support upgrade/downgrade of subscriptions purchased via Stripe.
If your payment is processed via PayPal, you will have to add Stripe as extra payment method to upgrade/downgrade. To do that, go to your WPvivid Account Dashboard > My Subscription > Click ‘View’ of a subscription > Click Add Payment.
2. Old subscriptions(purchased before July 19, 2021) can not be upgraded to new subscriptions.
Upgrade A Lifetime Plan
To process the upgrade, please make sure you will log in with the same WPvivid account that you used for the lifetime plans purchase.
For lifetime plans purchased before July 27, 2021, please click here.
For lifetime plans purchased since July 27, 2021, they can upgraded via the following link by paying the difference.

If you have an active WPvivid yearly subscription and want to upgrade to a lifetime plan, please contact us.

If you have many clients or there is a great growth potential of your business, we strongly recommend you purchase a higher subscription/plan directly.
